In this post we will consider one of the fundamental aspects of football and therefore of the game.. The training!!
Each player needs to keep fit and improve their ability to make the most on the match, so are made available to the team this important club's building.
You can assign custom workouts for each players, followed by specialized trainers in a particular skill. The skill are:

• Shot
• Head shot
• Long Pass
• Dribling
• Pass
• Tackle
• Goalkeeper
• Speed (especially useful for sides position and for the back defenders to implement the tactics of the offside ).
• Stamina (improve the strength of the players, encouraging the reduction of energy of the players during a match, very important for the efficiency coefficient).

Each role needs 2 to 4 skills to improve, in addition to two general useful for each role that is 'speed and stamina', below are ordered by importance (1. 2. etc.):   

• Center Forward / Hole / Internal Forward
• 1.Shot - 2.Speed - 3. Head shot - 4.Dribling
• Side Midfielder / Winger
• 1.Dribling - 2.Speed - 3.Long pass - 4.Shot
• Center e Offensive Midfielder
• 1.Dribling - 2.Pass - 3.Shot
• Difensive Midfielder
• 1.Tackle - 2.Pass
• Wing Back / Full Back / Midfield Back
• 1.Tackle - 2.Speed - 3.Pass
• Center Back / Sweeper 
• 1.Tackle - 2.Speed - 3.Pass
• GoalKeeper
• 1.GoalKeeper - 2.Speed

My advice to have an excellent efficiency is to train up to the maximum the main skill for each role, and then move on the other skill.
The limit of the skills and the training speed bonus is given by the taleng of each individual players:

• 1 Star - 32% a 40%
• +0% bonus speed
• 2 Stars - 42% a 50%
• +25% bonus speed
• 3 Stars - 52% a 60%
• +50% bonus speed
• 4 Stars - 72% a 80%
• +75% bonus speed
• 5 Stars - 92% a 100%
• 100% bonus speed

Also the trainers have a talent, by which give an additional speed bonus for the improvement of skills:

• 1 Star +0% bonus speed
• 2 Stars +25%
• 3 Stars +50%
• 4 Stars +75%
• 5 Stars +100%

You can buy young players and new trainer, choosing both the talent and the role of the first, while talent and skills which are specialized seconds, Below cost: 

• 1 Star - 25 Gold
• 2 Stars - 75 Gold
• 3 Stars - 450 Gold
• 4 Stars - 1350 Gold
• 5 Stars - 4050 Gold

HOW TO EARN

As mentioned in the previous post in this game you can convert the virtual currency into real money (Euro €).

The main sources of income are the following:

.Shares

You can buy game's shares (total are 1 milion), through which reached the sum of 10.000€ of dedicated fund, the dividends are divided by how many shares are in our possession, for each shares you gain 0,01€, example:
If , havind reached the threshold of 10.000€, we own 3.000 shares we will be entitled to 3.000*0.01 = 30€.
From my point of view this is the best and safest method to earn, on average, you should return on investimenti in about three years, not short time but we consider that we must do absolutely nothing if you do not either login every 2/3 weeks just to not become inactive.
To also consider that the quotes can take value and then sell them (besides having gained dividends).. Great NO!?

.In Game

Another very interesting and active way is surely to exploit the club. Every club will partecipate every year in a league, those active at the national cup and continental cup.
From these competitions you can earn through the tickets, with winning awards and prizes for the final placing.

.Trade Players

This method is also very exciting, play as a talent scout, buying young talent by making them grow at home and then selling them at a more mature age at extremely higher prices (I Can assure you that the most adaptable players, that is the most commonly used type the central midfielders or the center forward are going to cost so much if grown well).
Buying players can be done either from other club or from their youth team by spending a fee based on the talent that is required.

.Referral

Last payment, very useful over the time but not easy to implement, is to referral other manager.
From referrals you earn 10% of their receipts and never expire, i would say a life income!!
In addition, every day, you can earn a referral bonus for your active referral.

GoalTycoon is an online football manager, in which you can convert the local currency in real money. It is a strategic game where you manage a football team.
In this game you don't need to install any software to play. 
The manager will have to take care of the players, their training, tactics and the club's finance.
Every manager will have a football team and club park elements:

• Stadium
• Hotel
• Restaurant
• Hospital
• Parking Lot
• Administrative
• Training Camp

Also will be present advisors that help you about club's news (Financial Advisors, Training Advisors, etc..).
